Our software works like a search engine scanning a page for specific items (rate, unit of measure, terms, etc...). When a rate is found we capture the information and store it for viewing.
The system stores a set of instructions (url, zip code, product type, etc...) which it uses to open a specific rate page.
No. We handle that. You'll have access to the settings to view and change if you would like too.

The software will take a picture of the page and store an image attached to the rates it found. Some customers use this feature to capture an image of there own site for later reference.
